Looking at this watercolour painting you could almost believe that it was a scene from 1794 when Marsh Mill windmill was built. But it's not, it's the view of it as we see it today, looking across the wetlands between Victoria Road East and Amounderness Way, captured onto paper by our artist, Derek Littlewood.

Our original watercolour painting was drawn by hand right here at Cleveleys on the Fylde Coast - not far from the historic sails of the newly restored mill.

You can read more about the history of Marsh Mill windmill here.

Mounted prints are signed in pencil by the artist and the image is printed in full colour on a high quality photo art paper to bring out the richness of colour in the original, ready for you to frame as you choose.

You could put your print in a frame and stand it on a coffee table in your lounge, or frame and hang it in a place where you’ll see it each time that you pass – a lovely reminder of wherever your favourite seaside place happens to be.

The original drawings from the Seaside Emporium would of course make perfect presents for anyone who loves the Fylde Coast or indeed the seaside in general, and ideal Christmas gifts.
